Player 1 passes to the player in front of him who returns the ball to Player 1, who kicks it towards one of the sets of cones. The player sprints and tries to get the ball before it passes the cones.

The server plays the ball towards the perimeter of the outer circle. SE must try to stop the ball rolling out of the outer circle. SE then dribbles the ball back into the inner circle at maximal speed and as soon as SE is back, the server plays another ball. Exercise periods of 20 seconds and rest periods of 2 minutes.

The players in the team with the balls shall knock down as many cones as possible with the ball. The players of the other team should raise the cones again as quickly as possible. After 30 seconds the players with the balls should kick the ball about 20 meter out of the square and the players of the other team have to sprint after the balls and dribble the ball back as fast as possible. After 30 seconds of rest the teams will change roles.

Ordinary play where each team attacks and defends a goal. When the coach gives a signal each player has to sprint to one cone (only one player from each team per cone) and back. When the first player returns to the field the game starts again. 90 s (with 2 sprints) of exercise and 2 min of rest.
