Area: Half a soccer pitch and two goals with keepers. In each corner there are 10 meter squares (cross-zones).

 Number of players: 7v7 (5v5 – 9v9)
Organisation: All players start in the neutral zone.
Description: Ordinary soccer play. However, goals can only be scored after crosses from the cross-zones.
Rules: Only one player from the team that has possession can enter a cross-zone.
Scoring: Ordinary scoring.
Time intervals: 5 min of exercise, 1 min of rest.
Variations:

  1. The defending team can enter a cross-zone if the opponent has a player in the zone.
  2. The number of touches in across-zone is restricted to a maximum of two.
