Ordinary soccer play. However, goals can only be scored after crosses from the cross-zones. 5 min of exercise, 1 min of rest.
Area: Half a soccer pitch and two goals with keepers. In each corner there are 10 meter squares (cross-zones). Number of players: 7v7 (5v5 – 9v9)
