Ordinary soccer play. When the ball is out of play, the goalkeeper of the team that gets position must start with a “new” ball which has to be thrown over the middle line. 2 min of exercise, 1 min of rest.
Area: Three quarters of a soccer field divided into three zones – two outer-zones and one middle-zone. Two goals are placed back to back in the middle of each half.
Number of players: 7v7 (5v5 – 9v9) + two goalkeepers.

Time intervals: 2 min of exercise, 1 min of rest.
Variations:
- All players from the attacking team must be in the offensive outer-zone before a goal can be scored. If all the players of defending team are not back in the defending zone, the score counts as double.
- Within the middle-zone the number of ball touches per team is limited to a maximum of 3.
- In the outer-zones, the number of ball touches per player is limited to a maximum of 2.
