Anaerobic – speed endurance maintenance training - Game 1 – Attacking Print
Normal soccer play with both teams attacking the same goal. The game is started by a server (S) passing a ball into the playing area. When a team kicks the ball out of the playing area or the goalkeeper catch it, the next ball is immediately served to the opposing team. After scoring a goal the same team gets the next ball form the server. 1.5 min of exercise, 1.5 min of rest.Soccer game

Area: A quarter of a soccer field with one full-size goal.
Number of players: 2+2v2+2 (1+1v1+1) +1 goalkeeper.
Organisation: Each team consists of 2 x 2 players who take turns to play.

Rules: None.
Scoring: Ordinary scoring.
Time intervals: 1.5 min of exercise, 1.5 min of rest.
Variations:

  1. man-to-man marking.
  2. The two players not playing function as wall-players (one touch) at the goal-line beside the opponent’s goal.
