Area: A third/ quarter of a soccer field with five small goals.
Number of players: 3+3v3+3 (2+2v2+2 - 4+4v4+4).
Organisation: Each team has 2 x 3 players who take turns to play. Each teams attacks and defends two of their own goals and a common goal in the middle of the field.

Rules: None.
Scoring: Scoring can be done both ways through a goal.
Time intervals: 1.5 min of exercise, 1.5 min of rest.
Variations:

  1. Man-to-man marking.
  2. A goal is scored by playing the ball through a goal to a team-mate on the other side of the goal.
  3. The teams attack and defend all five goals.
