Anaerobic – speed endurance maintenance training - Game 4 – Cone-war Print
The players in the team with the balls shall knock down as many cones as possible with the ball. The players of the other team should raise the cones again as quickly as possible. After 30 seconds the players with the balls should kick the ball about 20 meter out of the square and the players of the other team have to sprint after the balls and dribble the ball back as fast as possible. After 30 seconds of rest the teams will change roles. Soccer game

Area: A 25 x 25 m square.
Number of players: 4v4 (1v1 – 10v10).
Organisation: Inside the square about 20 cones (>30 cm) should be randomly placed. In one of the team each player has a ball.

Rules: The players of the cone-raising team must not touch the balls.
Scoring: The number of cones lying down after 30 s.   
Time-intervals: ~30 +10 s of exercise, 70 s of recovery (40 s passive and 30 s active).
