The server plays the ball towards the perimeter of the outer circle. SE must try to stop the ball rolling out of the outer circle. SE then dribbles the ball back into the inner circle at maximal speed and as soon as SE is back, the server plays another ball. Area: A circular area (middle circle) inside a larger circular area (radius approximately 20 metres).
Number of players: 5-8.
Organisation: A server (S), a speed endurance player (SE), and a minimum of two balls. The players take turns exercising.
Description: The server plays the ball towards the perimeter of the outer circle. SE must try to stop the ball rolling out of the outer circle. SE then dribbles the ball back into the inner circle at maximal speed and as soon as SE is back, the server plays another ball.     
Rules: None.
Scoring: The number of balls that SE stops from rolling out of the outer circle.
Time intervals: Exercise periods of 20 seconds and rest periods of 2 minutes.
Variations:

  1. Only one ball is used. SE chases the ball and passes it directly back to the server, who then serves it with a first-time pass.
  2. Two players compete for the ball. The player that gets the ball should try to pass it back to the server whereby one point is received. The other player must try to prevent the pass.
