Player 1 passes to the player in front of him who returns the ball to Player 1, who kicks it towards one of the sets of cones. The player sprints and tries to get the ball before it passes the cones. Soccer game

Area: 10x60 metres
Number of players: 10 (6-15).
Organisation: A server (S) is placed in the middle of two sets of cones positioned 40 m apart. Players are lining up in queue in front of the server. Players are exercising one at the time.
Description: S passes to the player in front of him who returns the ball to S, who kicks it towards one of the sets of cones. The player sprints and tries to get the ball before it passes the cones.
Rules: None.
Scoring: The number of balls intercepted before the cones may be counted.
